Visual Studio 2017 install error 0x80131500

Visual Studio 2017 をインストールしようとしてましたが何度もやってもエラーになりました。
なんとか解決したのでメモ

以下の画像のように表示されて、エラーログを見ても何も分からず・・・

error log

場所 Newtonsoft.Json.JsonTextReader.ReadStringIntoBuffer(Char quote)
場所 Newtonsoft.Json.JsonTextReader.ParseProperty()
場所 Newtonsoft.Json.Serialization.JsonSerializerInternalReader.PopulateObject(Object newObject, JsonReader reader, JsonObjectContract contract, JsonProperty member, String id)

しかし↓を見て解決。

%ProgramData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\　のフォルダごと削除しました。
結果、ようやくインストーラーが動き始めました。
